How To Return
If you decide your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it. We recommend booking this service within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer two free ways to return your items to make the process as quick and easy as possible for you.
- Free Returns Collection Service: Simply book a date and time that suits you and our courier will come to collect your package from you, wherever you are in the world.
- Free Returns Drop Off (UK/EU only): Not going to be at home? Just check the drop-off locations near you and return your package(s) to one that is most convenient.
We are reducing the amount of paper included with your order to be kinder on the planet. For your reference, invoices can now be found within My Account.
Book Your Return
- Log in to ‘My Account’.
- Go to ‘Your Orders & Returns’ and select ‘Book A Return’ next to the order you wish to return.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the steps to select and confirm your chosen return method.
- Check your inbox - we will send you a confirmation email with your Returns Number (RMA), Tracking Number, details of your booking and returns documents. This information can also be found within your account.
Prepare The Package(s)
There are different ways to get your package(s) ready to return depending on the returns option selected. Follow the instructions below for each method to ensure they’re prepared correctly - these instructions can also be found within your returns confirmation email or My Account.
Free Returns Collection Service
- Print your returns documents - these can be found attached to your Returns Confirmation email or within My Account.
- If the documents include a Returns Note please print and sign two copies, attaching both to the outside of your package(s).
- Seal the package(s) and attach the Postage Label to the outside. Then hand the package(s) and Waybill Doc to your courier.
Free Returns Drop-Off (UK/EU Only)
- Print your returns documents - these can be found attached to your Returns Confirmation email or within My Account.
- If the documents include a Returns Note please print and sign two copies, attaching both to the outside of your package(s).
- Seal the package(s) and attach the Postage Label to the outside. Then take your packages and Waybill Doc to your chosen drop-off location.
Important Information To Note:
We recommend returning your items using our Free Returns Collection or Drop Off Service as Browns will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Items purchased online cannot be returned to one of our boutiques, so please adhere to one of the methods above.
Returns Policy
- Please thoroughly check all items upon receipt of delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and displaying any additional Returns Tags to receive a full refund.
- We can only collect returns from within the same country to which your order was originally delivered. Additional import duties may be applied if you need to return your purchase from a different country outside the original delivery address.
- Certain beauty products containing hazardous or flammable materials (for example, fragrances, aerosols, spray receptacles, essential oils, acid ingredients, self-tanning lotions, nail polish and remover) may pose a risk during storing, handling or transportation. Due to the nature of such products, we are not be able to accept returns.
- The Hygiene Adhesive Strip must remain attached to any beachwear or lingerie that is to be returned.
- Where possible, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned unmarked and unscuffed in the original undamaged boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
- We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure their necessary protection when in transit.
If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.
Refunds
It can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed by Browns and deposited back into your account via the original payment method (excluding the cost of delivery). Please note, processing time will vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
