Founded in 2005 by old childhood friends, Sébastien Kopp and François Morillion, the sustainable Paris based label takes its name from the Portuguese word meaning ‘to look’ urging consumers to look beyond the aesthetic sneakers (although they are quite exquisite, don’t you think?) and at how they're made. The duo continues to create a range of socially responsible sneakers through the use of organic cotton, vegan leathers, and fair trade sourcing.
