What does one do when they’re tired of not being able to find clothes to their liking? Start creating your own, naturally. And that’s exactly what ISABEL MARANT did in 1982. Starting off with designing for her friends, fashion soon became her profession following a collaboration with designer and peer, Christophe Lemaire. She launched her eponymous label in 1994 and quickly established a reputation for bohemian aesthetics and coveted creations seen on notable names like Alexa Chung, Sienna Miller and Kate Moss.
