The type of friendship we’re always rooting for, childhood friends Tatiana Fayad and Joanne Hayek utilised their shared passion and launched Vanina in 2007. Environmental activists, the designers work with local artisans to construct each piece via sustainable methods such as upcycling and honouring a zero-waste pledge. Pulling inspiration from art and nature, with whimsical designs such as beaded totes and shoulder bags with floral embellishments, our playful edit captures the brand’s motto: ‘You’re never fully dressed without a smile.’
