Q: Any tips on stopping nails breaking?
Don’t use your nails as tools!
Q: What nail colour do you think will be popular for autumn?
The Well Street, a rich chocolate brown that is included in the Browns' exclusive set, Fan Mail.
Q: What trends have you seen grow recently?
The Hailey Bieber ‘glazed donut’ nails have been huge! You can recreate these using The Angel from the New Romantic set which is a gorgeous translucent and iridescent shade.
Q: Which products do you recommend to stop polish from chipping?
The Top + Base, of course! Apply this strengthening top + base coat every other day to help prolong your manicure or pedicure.
Q: Do you have any tips for beginners who want to try nail art for themselves?
Use a bobby pin or toothpick to test out techniques before investing in tools… Or come to one of our nail art workshops at Shoreditch Nails Academy to learn from our educators!
Q: What’s your favourite nail trend at the moment?
We’re really loving ombré at the moment, especially with a matte top coat.
Q: Should I be taking breaks between getting my nails done?
With the right application, removal and nail care you wont damage your nails so there’s no need to take a break.
It’s also a common misconception that you need a ‘breather’ between treatments but your nails do not breathe so this isn’t necessary!
Q: What are the best ways to strengthen nails?
By massaging your cuticles day and night, we like to use The Nail Oil which is our 100% argan oil in collaboration with Arganic.
From 15th to 17th September 2022, East London’s favourite nail studio will be in Residence at The Parlour of Browns Brook Street, offering their signature manicures and a menu of exclusive nail art designs that you won’t find anywhere else.
