Job Purpose:

We have created a brand new role for a creative copywriter with excellent conceptualisation and copy writing skills to join our multi-disciplinary digital team that is passionate about what they do so it is likely that the right person will naturally be interested in the digital space, going above and beyond

Press Intern

Job Purpose

This is a brilliant opportunity for an aspiring Press and Marketing professional to gain practical, hands on experience in a luxury fashion setting. The Role:

SEO Executive

Purpose:

The purpose of the SEO Executive role is to drive organic performance to support the International growth strategy for Browns. This will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to ensure the organic search targets are met within digital marketing department. The role covers all the hands-on work you would expect in an SEO role; on-page optimisation, competitor audits, tech recommendations, campaign management support and collaborating with our SEO Content Executive to contribute to our overall SEO strategy. 

As part a growing e-commerce team you will keep close relationships ensuring all department stakeholders are kept up-to-date with activity and results

Responsibilities:

  • Create and regularly update a keyword strategy looking at all important areas of the Browns business 
  • Use tools to identify which pages present the most opportunity based on revenue and search data, optimising accordingly with our Content Executive
  • Monitor the technical performance of the site using enterprise level crawling tools. 
  • Use an internal CMS to upload and update pages with content and SEO tags

Senior Communications Manager

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Senior Communications Manager is to develop and drive an innovative PR strategy in order to effectively communicate the Browns brand message on a global scale. A key support to the Marketing and Communications Director, the Senior Communications Manager is a motivated individual with a true passion for brand storytelling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and tactical support to the Marketing and Communications Director.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider content team (editorial/ social media/ marketing) on the development of a 360 degree brand and product communications strategy, ensuring inter-departmental alignment.
  • Work with Marketing and Communications Director to develop and implement a global PR strategy for Browns (WW and MW), aligning to the Browns global strategy (e.g. target cities/publications/customer segments).
  • Draft and/or edit press materials including press releases, bios, fact sheets and statements etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with global press/ influencers and brands.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Communications Director to lead projects, product launches and execute press and influencer events.

Online Styling Editor

Job Purpose:
 

To support the online styling manager with the day to day needs of the Browns online styling team with regards to providing styling direction, improving styling standards and guidelines, and training the team with on-set techniques, and testing. With equal strength in Womenswear and Menswear styling, the Online Styling Editor will translate the Browns creative vision to the ‘New In’ section on brownsfashion.com. This role is based in the UK but requires a lot of travel to Porto, Portugal where the studios are location.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Approve outfits on a daily basis (remotely or physically) ensuring feedback is specific and changes made in order to fit brand guidelines for both Men’s and Women’s before they are shot on the model.
  • Sign-off what was shot on a daily basis on the model, calling any reshoots and advising on areas of improvement, ensuring the outfits are on-brand, on-trend and portray the Browns vibe. 
  • Work with the studio production team, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring actions will be taken in time for the upload.
  • Be hands on in styling at the highest standards, particularly with reference to ‘’tricky’’ items or special projects.
  • Work with the Online Styling Manager and the buying teams in order to create seasonal styling guidelines for new brands for both men’s and women’s and ensure team is aware and follows them. 
  • Work with the online styling team to ensure sample room is regularly edited and the most appropriate/new products are available for the team to use.         
  • Support the Styling Manager in training and supporting the development of the team, including any new recruits, and monitor the team’s general performance.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to on-set team; including stylist, photographer and assistant.
  • Take full accountability for Online Styling in the absence of the Online Styling Manager.

  • 3-5 years minimum styling experience as a main stylist in luxury environment.

Senior Digital Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Senior Digital Analyst will analyse high volumes of data related to website performance, customer shopping behaviour, and digital marketing campaigns, making interpretations and translating them into marketing recommendations and strategies in order to achieve commercial objectives.

Head of Digital Marketing

Job Purpose:

The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing all online marketing channels on a global basis, across both customer acquisition and retention and will be P&L responsible for achieving both top line revenue growth whilst maximising profitability.
