Founder of Polish fashion active brand MISBHV, Natalia Maczek began the label whilst studying law at university. Now one of Poland’s hottest fashion exports, we find out what makes Natalia tick.




What time do you wake up and where?
7:30am - in my bed preferably.
What’s the first thing you do in the morning?
I drink a cup of coffee and do yoga.
What do you eat for breakfast?
I like eggs and veggies for breakfast.
How would you describe what you do?
Every day I'm hustling!
What does your average day look like?
On average every day is different!
Where does the name MISBHV come from?
A record store I used to go to when I was eighteen.
How did you start the brand and what were you doing before?
I started the brand at the university studying law by day and doing MISBHV by night.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
Well I studied law but also loved Demi Moore in ‘Striptease’...
How has your background influenced who you are today?
Tremendously. But life's an open book and I am always open to change and curious to see where my life takes me.




Top tip for boosting your creativity?
Deadlines.
What kind of music are you listening to?
I listen to emotions and don't believe in genres. Pink Floyd's ‘Cymbaline’ is my jam this week.
What do you do to let loose?
Meditation or Vodka Sour, depending on the energy.
What’s on your bookshelf right now?
Yuval Noah Harari's ‘Homo Deus’.
What would you like to do that you currently can’t?
Literally - I would like to go on holiday. But I can't.
What would you most like to change about the world?
Except for nature, art and some of the architecture - most of it!
What would you most like to change about yourself?
I wish I believed in myself more.
Who’s the coolest person you know?
Definitely my mom!
What makes life worth living?
That there won't be another one!
