As a certain character on a certain TV show once said, “winter is coming”. What he forgot to mention, however, was that without the right kind of coat, you’ll be ill-equipped to battle the entry into cooler climes. Luckily we’re bringing you our essential edit of coats to banish the chill and keep you looking chic.
1. The Trench Coat
A true original that never goes out of style, the trench coat is an investment piece that can be just as easily thrown over jeans and a tee as dressed up over a sharp suit for a more formal encounter. Either way, the trench coat speaks for itself: communicating a message of effortless elegance that pays no mind to seasons or trends.
2. The Single Breasted Coat
Whilst we love a bit of flamboyant styling, sometimes when it comes to practical pieces, staying simple is the easiest way to go. A case in point: the single breasted coat - a clean silhouette designed to protect your outfit from the elements whilst keeping the outside looking as sleek as the inside.
3. The Oversized Coat

4. The Double Breasted Coat
When it comes to being buttoned up, we’ll let our double-breasted coats do the talking. A structured classic with a boxy fit, the double breasted coat offers a touch of tailoring to sharpen up any outfit.
