Come by Wayward of Browns East...
Since its opening, the entrance at Browns East has been transformed into a myriad of exciting installations, but we have gone and outdone ourselves this March with our most ambitious yet.

Working alongside Wayward we are bringing the outside in with an impressive exhibit of plants and flowers, creating a tranquil welcome for all visitors to the store. With spring on the horizon, it acts as a pocket of the natural world within a mostly urban environment. Surrounded by the bustling Shoreditch markets and shrouded by the City buildings, come and discover a peaceful haven of greenery for a touch of escapism.
About Wayward
Wayward is an award-winning landscaping, art and architectural collective that have worked on projects across the country. Described as “masters of temporary conceptual gardens” by The Guardian, they work with a team of artists, designers and urban growers to transform spaces both inside and outside.

At Browns we very much emphasise the #cooltobekind message as part of our ethos and Wayward shares this mantra with their House of Wayward Plants project. Partnering with the Royal Horticulture Society, they facilitate a plant exchange scheme with deserving organisations, schools and community groups. It is important to us that we contribute to this journey so, when the installation in Browns East ends, all the plants will have a new home at the Christ’s Hospital School in West Sussex for the students to enjoy.
We are thrilled to welcome Wayward into our Browns East boutique and we invite you to take a walk through this sea of green to clear your mind and absorb the oxygen before browsing the best of the new season in store.
The Wayward entrance will run until the 7th May, so make sure you pay us a visit before the plants go to their new home.
