Whilst summer warmth might be on its way out, we’re happy swapping out the sun’s heat for that of our winter-ready wardrobe, shopping up a storm for easy transeasonal pieces that are both practical and fashionable (surely the holy grail of any outfit equation).

The first item on our list? A statement knit; something cool and cosy, like, say, Christopher Kane’s bejewelled cardigan. Replete with crystal finishes and the designer’s subversive attitude, you can either amp it up with some leather pants and Bottega Veneta heels and an Amina Muaddi bag, or play it down with some staple denim, 90s sneakers and a simple tank top. Think easy Autumnal style with an idiosyncratic twist.
