Sevan Bicakci Women's
Considered a ‘star jeweller’ in his native Turkey, Sevan Bicakci’s designs are so special and enchanting they have a sort of mystical, fairy-tale aura about them. And his designs are so intricate and so incredibly detailed that in spite of the fact have been considered Wordsmiths at times, we feel that his designs go further than words have the power to express. You have to look at them and feel them, there is a deeply experiential element to his craftsmanship. Starting his fine jewellery career at the age of 12, where he interned at Hovsep Catak’s workshop, Sevan went on to create his first personal collection in 2002 and was inspired by the Grand Bazaar. Using a technique known as intaglio, which is created by carving or engraving a design onto a surface to create a 3D shape, his designs all express his love of Turkey.
