The Experience
Introducing complimentary Beauty Consultations, a bespoke service where you and your skin take the spotlight.

Our Beauty Specialists will guide you through your private 30-minute appointment, discussing your rituals, your beauty goals, and refining what kind of advice and guidance you desire.  

The Beauty Specialists will be able to advise on a personalised curation of products to suit your needs, giving you application advice and recommendations on how to build a routine. As well as recommending product pairings, giving demonstrations, and letting you in on their top tricks and tips on how to meet your beauty goals.

What To Expect 
    •    Our Beauty Consultation service is available by appointment only at our Shoreditch-based boutique, Browns East.
    •    The consultation will take place in one of our dedicated beauty spaces within the store. Either in the Beauty Studio, a creative experiential treatment space or the Beauty Pod, a beauty cabinet of dreams.
    •    A member of the team will be in touch to confirm your appointment and be on hand to answer any pre-consultation questions you may have.

Bookings
    •    This service is available to book Monday to Saturday from 11.30am - 5.30pm.
    •    If you would like to enquire about an out-of-hours appointment, please get in touch with us via email to discuss.

Terms & Conditions
    •    This is a complimentary service. 
    •    We ask that you allow 24-hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking. 
    •    Please do not show up to your booking if you are feeling unwell, we will reschedule where possible if you are unable to attend.
    •    If you are more than 15 minutes late, the booking may be cancelled.
