This green sacai belted patchwork skirt features an elasticated waistband, front fold over pockets, a popper button fastening, zip up patches and a toggle adjustable hem. One of the most famous patchwork pieces is the Tristan Quilt from 13th century Sicily which depicts the medieval legend of Tristan and Isolde. We're creating our own leg-acy with this sacai skirt.
