Browns offers worldwide delivery with premium carriers. Please select your delivery destination from the list of countries/regions below to display the available options and charges. If you can't find your country/region, please contact Customer Care.

Important Information To Note:

• First-time orders must be delivered to the billing address of your credit card
• We do not deliver on the weekend or bank holidays, meaning your order will be processed the next working day.
• We will ensure your package right up until it arrives with you.
• Our Eco Packaging is made up of FSC and recycled materials and is auto-selected for you at checkout. Find out more here.

Processing Time
We make it our business to ensure a timely delivery of your order, so we will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours pending product availability and credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

UK Delivery: 2-4 Working Days
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom should arrive at your door within 2-4 days, from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, delivery times can vary, but we will always work hard to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. 

EU Delivery: 1-4 Working Days
Browns aims to dispatch all packages to Europe within 1-4 working days after your order has been processed. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, sometimes there can be delays due to Customs clearance, which are unfortunately out of our hands.

International Delivery (Non EU): 3-7 Working Days
International deliveries have further to travel, so your new pieces may take between 3-7 working days to arrive. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note, sometimes there can be delays due to Customs clearance, which are unfortunately out of our hands.

Browns will always provide you with the necessary tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. Follow the below steps to track your order:

1. Log in to 'My Account'
2. Go to 'Your Orders & Returns'
3. Click on 'View Order' by the purchase you would like to track
4. Click on the tracking link that appears below each item

When purchasing multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses (at no extra cost to you), so please don't be alarmed if you don't receive everything at the same time.
