I edit a magazine, fashion direct another and put pretty clothes together and make pretty pictures.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A fashion designer or a ballet dancer.
How do you waste time, when your schedule is clear?
Watch bad TV.
What did you do on your last day off?
Stayed at home, did a workout and binge watched RuPaul’s Drag Race.
What's your greatest ambition?
To own a house in the sun.
Do you have any phobias?
Snakes.
Who do you most admire?
My dead pal, Bryan McMahon. He was a legend.
What do you talk about when you get your hair cut?
My hairdresser is one of my best friends so it’s deep stuff; love and life.
What's the last dream that you can remember having?
It was so long ago I can’t remember.
What would you most like to change about the world?
Most people underestimate their ability to make a positive change in the world. They’re overwhelmed by the number of things to be done, all the people that need help, and all the worthy causes that exist. Understanding that small things make a big difference; small efforts can change the world. Doing a little goes a long way.
What would you most like to change about yourself?
To be less greedy and enjoy exercising more.

It would involve lots of booze, great music and dancing, but more importantly people with amazing energies to do it all with.

Bryan McMahon, but as he’s no longer alive, my most hilarious friend is Anna-Marie Scott.
The funniest thing you’ve ever read about yourself?
The comments on a Daily Mail photo, my favourite saying “I thought Julien Macdonald looked camp, then I saw the picture of Luke Day”
One thing you can’t live without?
Passion.
Favourite thing to eat?
FOOD! Oysters followed by steak tartare with chips would be my last supper.
Least favourite thing to eat?
I’m not a fussy eater. My friends call me the vulture, I’ll pick at anything.
What was your first job?
I was a waiter in a country pub in Stockbridge.
The best advice you've ever been given?
My dear friend Bryan always said ‘you’re not here for a long time, you’re here for a good time.’ I’ve lived by this rule much to my detriment!
Why are you a stylist?
Because it’s what I love doing.
Who or what inspires you?
The people I met when travelling, the people around me, the team I work with and my amazing friends.
What drives your creativity?
I have this crazy work ethic my parents instilled in me to keep pushing. Never stop.
If you could style anyone, who would it be?
Elvis Presley.
Who do you consider to be the true creatives in the world?
Creativity is ‘intelligence having fun’ according to Einstein. Everyone can be creative in some way. Creativity is contagious. Pass it on!
