You may have already visited us or read that we currently have two boutiques based in London, one in the heart of Mayfair and the other in the heart of Shoreditch. We like to think of our boutiques as beacons of innovation within the luxury retail industry. A dynamic space where we offer our clients more than a styling service but engage them in a seamlessly curated client journey and personalised experience. For 50 years, experience has remained at the heart of everything we do and what sets us apart.

You might be wondering what we look for and how we assess talent. At Browns, we’re committed to providing a transparent, fair and globally consistent hiring process through our GO FAR framework. In our retail boutiques we typically recruit for Style Advisors, retail managers, and loss prevention professionals.
