Retail Expression Of Interest
Firstly, thank you for clicking through and expressing your interest in Browns Fashion. Whilst we may not be actively recruiting for your dream role at this time, we are a growing business and always keen to engage with interesting and interested people!
You may have already visited us or read that we currently have two boutiques based in London, one in the heart of Mayfair and the other in the heart of Shoreditch. We like to think of our boutiques as beacons of innovation within the luxury retail industry. A dynamic space where we offer our clients more than a styling service but engage them in a seamlessly curated client journey and personalised experience. For 50 years, experience has remained at the heart of everything we do and what sets us apart.
You might be wondering what we look for and how we assess talent. At Browns, we’re committed to providing a transparent, fair and globally consistent hiring process through our GO FAR framework. There are key dimensions which are important to us and which we fairly assess in every candidate. We’d like to take a moment to share these with you. To summarise, these revolve around your alignment to our company values and culture, your ability to evolve over time and growth with us in a changing environment, and your expertise and experience relevant to a particular opportunity.
We believe in creating a culture of diversity and inclusion and truly recognise the impact of every single person that joins us. What’s most important is to be yourself.
In our retail boutiques we typically recruit for Style Advisors, retail managers, and loss prevention professionals.
We welcome people from all backgrounds and all corners of the earth who strongly identify with what our brand stands for.
We recommend you complete the application process, uploading your CV and Cover Letter to support your expression of interest. In the "Why do you want to work for Browns?" section please include the types of opportunities you might be interested in.
