This black Paco Rabanne chain-mail and leather 'Drum' bag is an example of Julien Dossena's innovative approach, taking the label's iconic chain-mail dress design and converting it into a range of striking accessories. The classic design has been emulated here by decorating this leather drum bag with a series of metal disks connected by metal rings. The design is compact with a short shoulder strap, making it ideal for event use.

The Browns' Edit of Paco Rabanne celebrates the brand's reputation for unconventional elegance. Born Francisco Rabaneda y Cuervo in 1934 in Pasaia in the Spanish Basque Country, his mother, who was the head seamstress at Balenciaga, fled to France because of the Spanish civil war. Spanish at heart and French by adoption, Francisco Rabaneda would go by the name of Paco Rabanne. Upon his graduation from Fine Arts school in Paris he worked with the top houses of Nina Ricci, Pierre Cardin and Givenchy among others before presenting his own line in 1966. Entitled "12 Unwearable dresses in contemporary materials" the collection featured pieces made from chain mail created from sequins and rhodoid plates. Today under the guidance of Julien Dossena the house continues to celebrate the spirit of the 1960's bold futurist outlook.
