Cire Trudon was established by Maître Trudon, who's reputation grew after opening a grocery store in Paris 1643 where he sold his own assembly of candles and waxes. Soon his evocative creations were used by the church and the royal family, servicing Queen Marie-Therese in 1987 and Napoleon during the Empire. Maison Cire Trudon has supplied the likes of Hermes, Guerlain and Dior with their expertise and to this day keeps their time honoured traditions alive.
