Simone Rocha was born in Dublin in 1986. As the daughter of designer John Rocha she decided to follow her father's footsteps and graduated with a BA in Fashion from The National College of Art and Design in the Irish capital. She then relocated to London for her MA from Central Saint Martins. Her London Fashion Week debut (S/S 11) and the following autumn/winter collection were fostered by the emerging talent platform Fashion East.
