This blue Moschino distressed denim shirt has us channeling Marilyn Monroe circa 1961 (minus the conical hat). Featuring two patch pockets with embroidered question marks, distressed patches and a front button fastening, this shirt was fabricated in Italy from cotton and inspired by Il Falò delle Vanità ('Bonfire of the Vanities' (OG), for those of us that don't speak Italian) which took place in 15th century Florence but this re-imagining involves denim an improvement on the renaissance we'd say. We'll be wearing our Moschino shirt with a mini skirt, No. 21 sweater and suede lace-up boots for a youthful wear-anywhere look.

Moschino has always stayed true to its Italian roots since its creation in 1983 by Franco Moschino. The role of creative director was taken over by Franco’s former assistant Rossella Jardini after his death in 1994. The drive of the brand is to make fashion fun while still remaining chic, timeless and feminine. Famous for its colourfully innovative and playful designs, the label has grown into an institution and a lifestyle. For AW14 American designer Jeremy Scott joined the house.
