The web department is
looking to hire an Online VIP Relations & Wardrobe Consultant who has
previous experience from working in customer services for a luxury website. The
role involves managing VIP customer relationships, acting as their style
concierge and consultant. The ideal candidate has previous experience from
working in a luxury e-commerce department, has a background as a personal
shopper and a client book. The person we are looking for keeps up-to-date
with the latest trends and has a deep passion for and insight into products

Browns currently have a rare opportunity available to join our buying team as an Assistant Merchandiser. You will ideally have a degree or equivalent qualification with analytical, numerical or business orientated subjects. Proficiency in the use of the main Microsoft packages is also required. Excellent organisational, numerical and team building skills together with a real understanding ofmerchandising and the desire to progress within this function. Focus Sales Associate
Browns have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our Focus team. The store provides an unrivaled platform for emerging design talent including the likes of Christopher Kane, Rick Owens and more recently Junya Watanabe and Meadham Kirchhoff. You don’t necessarily need luxury retail experience, but you do need to be passionate about brands such as Simone Rocha, Acne, Givenchy and Ashish. You will also need to build rapport with clients and have the ability to sell alongside the existing team. Mandarin speaker desirable. Reference Focus.
