In 1999 Asaf Ali and Hamid Ali of Sinagar the lake capital of Kashmir, began a joint venture with Jenny Housego, a former London designer and textile historian. The team have continued to produce a unique collection of Lena cashmere and fine Kashmir wool stoles, scarves and throws. Remaining true to traditional techniques the designers and their crafts people have achieved superb examples of contemporary fashion.
