Order Completion via Telephone, Fax or Credit card

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. Browns eShop also offers a telephone/fax payment method. Simply telephone online customer care on 44 (0) 20 7514 0035 or fax us your payment and delivery details at 44 (0) 20 7408 1281.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.

Pricing Policy/Vat Refunds

All prices shown within our eShop are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All merchandise offered on our website is available at the same price within our Browns boutiques. Customers ordering from outside the European Community will receive a VAT refund.

However, there may be occasions when certain of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability; these items may not always be available. Once an item is sold out we may not be able to replenish the stock. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with a valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order confirmation.
