JIL SANDER

Jil Sander is one of the original innovators of minimalism. German-born Heidemarie Jiline 'Jil' Sander graduated from Krefeld in 1963 as a textile engineer. The brands characteristic can be described as luxury, classic, structured and sleek. Beginning in 1973 for a new generation of business men and women, every aspect of the brand conveys a sense of unique purity and essential minimalism. Since 2005, Raf Simons, a menswear designer and industrial design graduate, has continued the labels reverential success.
